After the fish and seafood, nuts are the foods that cause food allergies in the population.

Within this group are potentially allergenic peanuts. This condition can be generated by a nut in particular or a group of them.

We differentiate:

  • Allergy to nuts group: usually hazelnut, almond and peanut.
  • Allergies to peanuts and vegetables.
  • Allergy to pistachio and cashew.

If a person allergic to these fruits eaten any of them may suffer mild reactions or extremely serious, it is triggered immediately or at mealtimes.

Early signs of allergy:

  • Runny nose
  • Rash, urticaria
  • Tingling tongue and / or lips

Undesirable characteristics:

  • Sensation of tight throat
  • Hoarseness and difficulty breathing
  • Cough
  • Nausea and / or vomiting
  • Stomach pain and / or diarrhea
  • Anaphylaxis
