Besides we know that if we skip meals a day, in which I eat food we eat more and thus end up putting on weight, which I guess nobody wants me.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">So we should eat a good breakfast, &#8220;like a King&#8221;and to incorporate certain foods that give us the energy needed in our body. One of them is a natural fruit juice and that will give us many nutrients and vitamins, milk and a good portion of carbohydrates, like bread. Obviously it is not overeating, but fair ration, but many people forget fat breakfast.</p>

A clear example are the seeds and nuts, a small portion of them at breakfast is more than enough.
