Chew Your Food to Eat Less & Better

We all agree that eating is a pleasure to also provide nutrients our bodies need to live to enjoy. But eating improperly can bring consequences to our health as being overweight and a number of disorders arising. To avoid this and enjoy it is important to chew food well. It is true that chew is not the panacea to solve all the problems of overweight, it can be derived from other circumstances, but it is important not to go help with meals and help our body to process food better.

All of us chew food to eat them, but we do mechanically and quickly in most cases. We repair is important in this activity, it is the place to start our proper digestion and assimilation of nutrients. In no case should be a mechanical activity, but should concentrate on it to grind the food up.

A good chewing is essential, because with it the food that reaches our stomachs are much more elaborate and almost digested. Thus the work of the stomach is easier because the food will decay faster thus avoiding heavy digestions that slow your metabolism and decrease caloric intake. Thus digestion is faster and assimilate nutrients more efficiently, taking full advantage and accelerating the metabolism, while our bodies do not suffer as much with digestion, as some like the liver or pancreas are forced to overworked little food because macerated.
