- Milk and dairy products: milk, yogurt and other fermented dairy products not overly fatty or sweet (curd, petit suisse), cheese.

- Meat, fish, eggs and dairy products: All kinds of meat (prefer lean), fish, liver, eggs.

- Cereals, potatoes and vegetables: All except those specified in other sections.

- Fruits and vegetables: All.

- Beverages: All except as explained in the following paragraphs.

- Fats: Olive oil and seeds (sunflower, corn, soy …), butter or margarine.

- Other products: cereals or sprouted legumes (wheat, alfalfa, soy supplement …), algae, tofu (curdled product of soy milk) and fermented soy products contain.

FOODS ALLOWED (and occasional moderate consumption)

- Milk and milk products: Dairy products more caloric (puddings, custards, rice pudding).

- Cereals: Soft Cakes (Swiss roll, sponge fingers, Genoa style breakfast), sweet and salty snacks.

- Meat and meat products: semi-fat meat and meat products (sausages and burgers commercial), cold meats, including liver products such as foie gras or pate.

- Beverages: Alcoholic Beverage low alcohol (wine, beer, cider) as usual.

LIMITED FOOD (eating sporadically or in small quantities)

- Milk and dairy products: condensed milk, cream-enriched milk, fatty cheeses.

- Meat: The more fat and charcuterie (sausages).

- Cereals: conventional bakery, pastry and confectionery.

- Beverages: Alcoholic beverages.
