Eat a Good Breakfast
For all those people who skip breakfast, should know that is one of the most important meal of the day. Because if we get up and eat well, have a good day full of energy and vitality to all our daily tasks. Besides we know that if we skip meals a day, in which I eat food we eat more and thus end up putting on weight, which I guess nobody wants me.
So we should eat a good breakfast, “like a King”and to incorporate certain foods that give us the energy needed in our body. One of them is a natural fruit juice and that will give us many nutrients and vitamins, milk and a good portion of carbohydrates, like bread. Obviously it is not overeating, but fair ration, but many people forget fat breakfast.
Many think that this is bad, but in their fair share are very good for our bodies and not make us fat. A clear example are the seeds and nuts, a small portion of them at breakfast is more than enough. They are ideal for adding to yogurt at breakfast we will not only help our bodies but also to be much richer.
