Chew your food not only speeds up the digestion, but also makes us to consume less food, because our brain detects we are satisfied about twenty minutes after taking the first bite. If we chew food well more time with a bite to eat more slowly so and therefore we will have eaten less food for our brain when we are satisfied that report.

From now on we should focus rather on what we’re eating and try to chew it very well, so that almost melt in your mouth. I always recommend that chew the liquid gently to mix with saliva and doing so more digestible.

We all agree that eating is a pleasure to also provide nutrients our bodies need to live to enjoy. But eating improperly can bring consequences to our health as being overweight and a number of disorders arising. To avoid this and enjoy it is important to chew food well. It is true that chew is not the panacea to solve all the problems of overweight, it can be derived from other circumstances, but it is important not to go help with meals and help our body to process food better.

All of us chew food to eat them, but we do mechanically and quickly in most cases. We repair is important in this activity, it is the place to start our proper digestion and assimilation of nutrients. In no case should be a mechanical activity, but should concentrate on it to grind the food up.

A good chewing is essential, because with it the food that reaches our stomachs are much more elaborate and almost digested.
