Celiac Child Nutrition

All children, regardless if they suffer from EC or not, must eat proper food around a bit.
In the case of the only foods celiacs should not take are those that contain gluten, but this does not mean your diet is not nutritious.
The breakfasts have to have milk, fresh fruit juices, biscuits suitable, permitted cereals, bread, gluten free, etc.. Meals should provide all the nutrients needed for it must contain cooked and uncooked vegetables, meats, eggs and cereals suitable as a paste, flour, etc..
