snackMany of us have the need or temptation to snack between meals so with restraint and care, should not cause any damage if you choose the right snack. Many of the sandwiches and snacks do not offer many nutrients.

Chocolate bars contain protein and calcium, and chips are an important source of potassium and vitamin C, but unfortunately both are high in fat.

After a long period without food, the levels of blood sugar down and this causes fatigue and even depression. Small amounts of nutrients can maintain an adequate level of power without overloading the digestive system.

Losing weight and mood. Many people diet to realize that your mood changes, get irritable, edges, and surly. The primary reason that when you lose weight changes the mood, is that food has a nutrient deficiency.

The diet should be made according to the person who made, in order to provide sufficient energy and nutrients essential for the proper functioning of the body.

A lack of any of them makes the functioning of the nervous system remains unaltered and thus change the mood.
